Design of permanent magnet synchronous motor speed controller based on fuzzy sliding mode control
The traditional sliding mode control system often has the problems of large speed overshoot, slow response speed and vibration, in order to solve these problems, this paper combines the sliding mode control with fuzzy control ideas to design an improved fuzzy integral sliding mode speed controller. Firstly, a new type of convergence law is improved, and for the defects of the sign function, the continuous sigmoid(s) function is used instead of the discontinuous sign function, so as to achieve the smooth switching of the system; secondly, for the dynamic control of the system convergence speed, fuzzy logic is introduced into the system through the system state variable converging sliding-mode surface distance and the sliding-mode gain setting fuzzy rules, so as to achieve the dynamic real-time adjustment of the sliding-mode convergence speed. speed to achieve dynamic real-time adjustment. Finally, the effectiveness of the designed controller is verified by MATLAB/Simlink simulation platform, and the simulation results show that the improved scheme effectively optimises the starting performance of the motor, improves the response speed of the control system, achieves the weakening of jitter vibration, and further improves the robustness of the system.
