Research on Low Voltage Insulator Testing Tool Based on Data Collection
With the growing complexity of power systems, the performance of insulators, particularly low-voltage ones, becomes increasingly critical for grid stability. To address the limitations of existing inspection methods, this study proposes a data acquisition-based tool for detecting low-voltage insulators. This tool employs high-precision sensors and advanced algorithms to monitor insulator conditions, enabling early fault diagnosis through techniques like Support Vector Machines (SVM). Wireless communication and data encryption ensure secure and real-time data transmission, while cloud databases facilitate remote access and analysis. Experimental results demonstrate the tool’s effectiveness in enhancing detection efficiency and overall grid reliability.
