Research on simulation analysis and performance evaluation of tactile sensitive nanotextile pressure sensing array

This paper focuses on the structural design and performance evaluation of 3D composite nanofiber-based flexible mechanical sensing arrays. An innovative piezoelectric tactile sensing flexible array with nanofibers as the strain-sensing core was proposed and simulated. The study systematically investigated the performance variations of electrode materials and intermediate fiber layers across different structural dimensions, providing critical insights and reference data for practical product design through comparative analysis. Furthermore, this research addressed the challenge of full-model simulation for fiber-element array nanomaterial systems, offering an in-depth exploration of key performance metrics such as pressure distribution and displacement response. These findings establish a robust theoretical foundation for large-scale production, performance optimization, regulatory compliance, and interdisciplinary application integration.
