Impact response analysis of low pressure contactors
Aiming at the problem that the impact of low pressure contactor in river and sea environment causes serious harm to its contact system, the impact response characteristics of contactor contact system are investigated based on finite element method. The impact response characteristics of the contact system under different working conditions are obtained by applying half sinusoidal impact loads to the contactor base respectively. Through comparative analysis, the influence law of different impact loads on contactor contact system is revealed. The results show that the deformation of contactor contact system may lead to contact failure and performance degradation under high impact load. Further, this study also discusses how to improve the impact resistance of the contactor by optimizing its structural design and material selection, which provides theoretical basis and technical support for the reliable operation of the contactor in the river and sea environment.
