Electric Vehicle Operational Standby Service Capacity Assessment Based on Carbon Allowance Incentive Mechanisms
In order to balance the grid load and narrow the peak-valley gap, this paper proposes a carbon quota-based charging and discharging incentive mechanism for electric vehicle users (EVs)in the context of "carbon peaking and carbon neutrality". On this basis, an EV aggregator is used as a link to integrate the sale of carbon credits owned by EVs in the station to obtain carbon subsidies, which is used as an incentive to attract users to actively participate in the operation of standby services. Taking the profit maximization of electric vehicle aggregators(EVA) as the objective function, and considering the user's willingness to respond, incentive price changes, power energy boundary and other constraints, the EV charging and discharging scheduling model is established. Based on the above model, the standby service capacity of EV participation before and after the addition of incentive mechanism is compared and analyzed. At the same time, the impact of incentive price changes on EV standby service capacity and the profit of EVA is investigated.
