Design of an Online Intelligent Monitoring and Analysis System for Scientific and Technological Projects

The paper introduces the demand analysis, design concepts, and functional implementation of an online intelligent monitoring system for technology projects. To address the bottlenecks of traditional technology management platforms, such as data silos, insufficient correlation mining, and heavy reliance on experience, the system adopts a microservices distributed architecture. Based on the State Grid Corporation’s SG-ERP framework, the system is designed to achieve global monitoring and analysis of technology project operations, construct knowledge graph portraits, and provide intelligent funding allocation functionality. The system aims to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of technology project management by enabling data-driven decision support. It facilitates the scientific and precise management of research activities, providing strong data support and management tools for technological innovation in the power industry.
