Design and simulation of coal mine intelligent inspection robot based on flexible track system
The coal industry is an important pillar of our country's energy industry and is gradually moving towards a new era that integrates artificial intelligence, big data and smart mines. Developing mature inspection robots to replace manual inspections and reduce labor intensity has become a technical problem that needs to be overcome urgently. In order to cope with the complex underground environment, this paper proposes and designs an underground suspended flexible track intelligent inspection system, which consists of an inspection robot and a flexible track. It has good track deformation compensation capabilities and can maintain track continuity when the hydraulic support is deformed. The robot was simulated under three working conditions of zero slope, slope and deformed track by Adams software, verifying the rationality of the flexible track design and the stability of the inspection robot. The simulation results show that the robot can operate smoothly under various complex working conditions and meet the set requirements, providing technical support for the construction of intelligent coal mines.
