Genemate: A Real-Time Animation of a 3D Human Model
In the digital age, 3D modeling and animation plays an important role in virtual reality, education, healthcare, entertainment, and gaming sectors. Genemate is also a low-cost and on-time method for creating high-definition 3D models and animations using photogrammetry and real-time motion capture. It will transform a series of 2D images into highly defined 3D models using the techniques of feature extraction, depth mapping, meshing, and texturing. Advanced techniques, such as free-form deformations and mesh smoothing, make the model more realistic and flexible. Genemate integrates modern pose estimation tools such as MediaPipe for the accurate detection of body poses and rigging tools like AccuRig to allow for the real-time synchronization of motions with 3D models so that lifelike animations are produced. This approach reduces computational demands while meeting the requirement of cost-effective, high-quality solutions for 3D animation. This paper demonstrates how Genemate integrates photogrammetry, rigging, and motion capture technologies to provide highly realistic and scalable 3D animations. Making advanced 3D modeling accessible makes Genemate an empowering product that can get industries adopting the technologies very fast and quite inexpensively.
