Analyzing Amazon Product Reviews using Machine Learning and Natural Language processing Techniques
In the past five years, natural language processing (NLP), a subset of machine learning, has surged in popularity within both research and industry due to advances in deep learning and enhanced hardware computational power. This approach leverages computational linguistics and computer science to enable computers to understand human languages. This paper provides a comparative and practical analysis of various machine learning models applied to sentiment analysis of Amazon product reviews in the Electronics category. The primary models examined in this study include the Naive Bayes Classifier, BERT Model, Random Forest Classifier, Linear SVC, and Stochastic Gradient Descent (SVM Linear).
