Ultra-sensitive CMOS sensor - Xsense

We developed a highly sensitive CMOS sensor (Xsense) which have sensitivity down to 0.1 millilux at 60Hz operation with F/1.2 optics. The Xsense is in format of 1900x1200 and can operate up to 120Hz and 240Hz in binning mode. We developed a few cameras based on this sensor; those will be presented in the following article. In this article the results of the characterizations of the sensor and the cameras will be presented. In the following article the applications cameras utilizing the sensor will be discussed.

Abstract

We developed a highly sensitive CMOS sensor (Xsense) which have sensitivity down to 0.1 millilux at 60Hz operation with F/1.2 optics. In this article the results of the characterizations of the sensor and the cameras will be presented. In the following article the applications cameras utilizing the sensor will be discussed.
