Prolapso del reservorio en J en el post-operatorio alejado de una reseccion anterior baja
To improve functional outcomes in patients with low anterior resection, various techniques have been developed, including reconstruction using a colonic "J" pouch, which improve the quality of life of these patients. We report the case of a patient who underwent an anterior resection with ultra-low colo-anal anastomosis and a colonic "J" pouch for a rectal tumour 5 centimetres from the anal margin and who 7 years after treatment for his oncological disease developed a perianal prolapse of the pouch. For its correction, a ventral pouch-pexy with mesh was performed laparoscopically.
