Fistula gastrocolónica por cáncer de colon.
Colon cancer is a very common entity. However, invasion of other organs, according to the literature, occurs in 10-20% of cases. The most frequently invaded organs are the abdominal wall, pancreas and duodenum. Gastric invasion is extremely rare and has been poorly reported in the literature. The aim of this paper is to present a case of a patient with a transverse colon tumour that infiltrates the stomach and as a result causes a gastrocolic fistula.
