Modernization of finishing train of small-section mill 350 of Abinsk Electric Steel Works LLC
Information is provided on the use of housingless unstressed stands in the line of the small-section mill 350 of the Abinsk Electric Steel Works LLC. The reasons for replacing the finishing housingless unstressed stands No. 15 and No. 16 with stands with cantilever rolls are established. The advantages of cantilever stands and their technical characteristics are presented. The effectiveness of the modernization of stands No. 15 and No. 16 of the finishing mill 350 group is shown.
