Formation of structure and properties of annealed products from rolled and forged rods made of titanium VT22 alloy
The features in the formation of the structure and properties of the titanium VT22 alloy under different variants of annealing of products obtained from rolled and forged rods are studied. The evaluation in the possibility of effective use of repeated annealing of products, considering the type of previous deformation treatment of workpieces, in case of possible descrepancies in properties after typical annealing, is carried out. The repeated annealing mode of products made of rolled rods is proposed, which allows to eliminate descrepancies in the strength of the alloy. It is shown that for products made of the forged rods, repeated annealing does not eliminate a possible discrepancy in the plasticity of the alloy.
