Development of method for designing of manufacturing processes of high-strength fasteners made of two-phase ferrite-martensitic steels
The new method for designing of manufacturing processes of high-strength fasteners made of two-phase ferrite-martensitic steels, providing a product strength class of 8.8 and higher is presented. The new technological processes for the production of parts "stud M16Ѕ500" made of 20 steel and strength 8.8 class and "stud M8" made of 20G2R steel of strength 8.8 class are developed. The use of this technology will improve the quality and strength properties of fasteners and reduce production costs.
