Entrapped burr retrieval during rotational atherectomy using a controlled re-entry technique
A 70-year-old man presented with an acute anterior ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction and moderate left ventricular dysfunction.Emergent coronary angiography revealed three-vessel disease.Primary percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI) was performed with implantation of a drug-eluting stent in the culprit lesion of the left anterior descending artery.
