Multi-hydrogen adsorption of amorphous ReS<i>x</i> cocatalysts for boosting photocatalytic hydrogen evolution

A novel multi-hydrogen adsorption mechanism is proposed, where sulfur-rich ReS x /TiO 2 effectively regulates the H* adsorption/desorption energy barrier, thereby greatly promoting photocatalytic H 2 evolution.
