Research Review on the Impact of Vertical Integration on Resource Allocation Efficiency

随着经济全球化的发展和并购浪潮的不断深化，研究发现纵向一体化战略已经成为企业优化资源配置的重要途径之一。也就是说，企业通过实施纵向一体化，可以在一定程度上提高资源配置效率。在学术界对于纵向一体化和资源配置效率的研究日益丰富的背景下，本文对相关文献进行回顾梳理可以得出一致的结论。其次，本文在相关理论的指导下，总结归纳出纵向一体化对资源配置效率的影响路径，主要体现在外部市场化交易和内部组织管理两方面。最后，对未来的研究方向进行展望，以期为纵向一体化的研究提供一定的参考价值。With the development of economic globalization and the deepening of the wave of mergers and acquisitions, research has found that vertical integration strategy has become one of the important ways for enterprises to optimize resource allocation. In other words, enterprises can improve resource allocation efficiency to a certain extent by implementing vertical integration. Against the background of the increasingly rich academic research on vertical integration and resource allocation efficiency, this paper can draw consistent conclusions from the review of related literature. Secondly, under the guidance of relevant theories, this paper summarizes the influence path of vertical integration on resource allocation efficiency, which is mainly reflected in the external market-oriented transactions and internal organization and management. Finally, it looks forward to the future research direction, in order to provide a certain reference value for the research of vertical integration.
