The test results show that the path coefficient is positive and the p-value is > level of significance (alpha = 5%), while the influence of employee engagement on employee performance generates a path coefficient of 0.692 with a p-value of 0.000. The test results show that the path coefficient is positive and the p-value is < level of significance (alpha = 5%).
