The Teahouse Building Near the Cherveno Zname Ski Slope, Borovets Resort - Inspection and Evaluation of the Technical Condition

The paper presents the structural inspection of an existing teahouse building centrally located opposite the Cherveno Zname ski run in the Borovets resort. The inspection includes establishing load-bearing structural elements, study of the strength characteristics of the inserted materials, realization of a geometric inspection of the supporting vertical and horizontal elements, detection of defects and damages, carrying out a computational analysis of the structure and proposing basic recommendations for strengthening.
