Affinity of Ideological and Political Education: Etymology, Reflection and Approach

思想政治教育亲和力是衡量思想政治教育效果的情感维度，是提升思想政治教育获得感的重要方式。亲和力是思想政治教育的天然尺度。思想政治教育亲和力作为思想政治教育与亲和力有机构成的复合词，蕴含着思想政治教育亲和力的理论本质及其现实意涵，亟待进行相关概念的词源索隐与语义考察；在此基础之上，当前思想政治教育亲和力面临着自身的诘难反思，其深刻彰显于“以理服人”与“以情动人”之辩、“诉诸共鸣”与“寻求共情”之辩、“理性探讨”与“人性关怀”之辩的矛盾张力关系之中；基于思想政治教育亲和力的理论困境与实践挑战，“大水漫灌”转向“情感滴灌”、“自言自语”转向“你言我语”、“单向发力”转向“多维合力”三条进路能够为思想政治教育亲和力提供反思性理解与内在性把握。The affinity of ideological and political education is the emotional dimension that measures the effectiveness of such education and is an important way to enhance the sense of gain from it. Affinity is the natural measure of ideological and political education. As a compound word composed of ideological and political education and affinity, this paper attempts to explore the theoretical essence and practical meaning of ideological and political education affinity, and it is urgent to investigate the etymology and semantics of ideological and political education affinity. On this basis, the affinity of current ideological and political education is facing its own difficult reflection, which is profoundly manifested in the contradictory tension between the debate between “convincing people with reason” and “moving people with emotion”, the debate between “appealing to resonance” and “seeking empathy”, and the debate between “rational discussion” and “human nature care”. Based on the theoretical difficulties and practical myths of the affinity of ideological and political education, the three approaches of “flood irrigation” to “emotional drip irrigation”, “self-talk” to “mutual dialogue”, and “one-way force” to “multi-dimensional joint force” can provide the reflective understanding and internal grasp of the affinity of ideological and political education.
