METHODOLOGICAL FOUNDATIONS FOR INCLUSIVE PROFESSIONAL TRAINING OF A QUALITY WORKFORCE AMONG INDIVIDUALS WITH DISABILITIES
The subject of the study is innovative technologies for training highly qualified personnel among individuals with disabilities in an inclusive environment. The aim of this paper is an attempt to demonstrate that by creating and developing an appropriate inclusive environment in education and labor, it is possible to train competitive specialists among the disabled, motivated to work in general production enterprises, thereby contributing to a skilled workforce that is in demand in the labor market and capable of thriving in an inclusive production environment. The relevance of this study stems from the increasing social responsibility of both the state and society in improving the well-being of individuals with disabilities. This improvement largely depends on their ability to achieve economic independence through effective and stable employment. The scientific novelty of this research lies in the introduction of new methods for in-depth analysis of the state and prospects for training highly qualified personnel with disabilities, utilizing innovative inclusive technologies in vocational education. The study has shown that inclusive technologies in the vocational training and employment of individuals with disabilities have largely remained in the early stages of development. They are currently applied only by certain universities, colleges, and employers. The research concludes that the key characteristics of a quality workforce include the level of professional competence, qualification training, experience, and skills that enable an employee to perform specific tasks effectively. Developing a high-quality workforce from among individuals with disabilities is achievable through the establishment of an inclusive environment in both education and work. This development requires coordinated efforts from the state, society, and businesses, along with a high level of awareness of the human and labor potential of persons with disabilities.
