When tumors turn back time: Glioblastoma-induced behavioral regression
Abstract: Glioblastoma multiforme is the most common aggressive tumor presented with neuropsychiatric symptoms. These symptoms vary from person to person. It depends upon the lobe of the brain involved. Some symptoms are so similar to functional psychiatric symptoms that most of the time these are misdiagnosed and challenging for the clinician. Here, a case is highlighted in an attempt to show how these regressive behaviors and personality changes of the patient mislead the clinician and later it is found to be a case of brain tumor.
