INCREASİNG EFFİCİENCY THROUGH THE İMPACT OF OPERATİNG TECHNOLOGİES ON THE DAİLY PRODUCTİON OF GAS CONDENSATE WELLS

The development systems of gas-condensate and oil fields are very diverse. They differ mainly from each other in the sequence of extraction of oil, gas and condensate from the formation. The problem of establishing an efficient development system of an oil-bound gas-condensate field and the complete extraction of hydrocarbons from the subsoil is of great national economic importance. Therefore, one of the urgent issues is the correct assessment of the sequence of entry into development of the oil and gas zones of an oil-bound gas-condensate field in the most rational way. It is obvious that the maximum hydrocarbon yield of the formation depends on the correct solution of this issue. With the help of new technologies, it is possible to increase production by eliminating complications. The previous production of the well can be restored by eliminating the liquid column formed in the well body. Various methods have been proposed for this purpose. The plunger lift device is one of them. When this method is used, the plunger at the well bottom begins to move upward under the influence of gas coming from the formation and lifts the liquid column above it, removing it from the well. Then the device descends under its own weight and the process is repeated, that is, the liquid is lifted in stages. Daily production is increased. In order to fully utilize the potential production capabilities of gas-condensate wells by eliminating the liquid column accumulated in their bodies, foam-forming chemical reagents (mainly surface-active substances in liquid and solid form) are used. In this case, the chemical reagents should be introduced into the wellbore during the operation process, mixed with the liquid mass there, converted into a foam system and removed from the well. In order for this method to be sufficiently effective, it is required to continuously supply chemical reagents to the wellbore. Thus, when gas-condensate wells are operated using the proposed technology, a new synergistic effect is created and it becomes possible to increase the wellhead pressure. This allows for more efficient use of the produced gas energy and its delivery to the necessary facilities. Abstract
