ON SOME ASPECTS OF THE DRAFT OF A NEW CONCEPT FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF MATHEMATICAL EDUCATION IN RUSSIA

The article is devoted to the study of the problems formulated in the Concept of the development of mathematical education in the Russian Federation, approved by the Government of the Russian Federation in 2013. The author's analysis of the draft of a new Concept for the development of mathematical education in the Russian Federation, proposed for discussion today, allows us to draw conclusions about the unresolved problems that faced the education system a decade ago. The conclusion that the analysis allows us to draw is that the approaches applied to solving problems do not correspond to the level of existing problems and should be completely revised.
