AUTOMATED KNOWLEDGE CONTROL SYSTEM FOR HIGHER MATHEMATICS IN TECHNICAL UNIVERSITIES: ARCHITECTURE, IMPLEMENTATION, PROSPECTS
In the context of educational digitalization, the development of effective knowledge assessment tools is critical, particularly for technical universities where higher mathematics underpins engineering disciplines. The research aims to create a compact automated testing system for regular evaluation of students’ knowledge in higher mathematics. Key tasks include designing the system architecture, building a task database, conducting a pilot implementation, and analyzing results. The article discusses the limitations of existing platforms like MOODLE under mass usage conditions. It outlines the system’s features, the process of creating a task database using modern tools, and the results of testing on students groups are presented. The system demonstrates high flexibility and adaptability, paving the way for the integration of intelligent testing technologies.
