Assembly Process Information Model of Electrical Cabinets Based on Knowledge Graph
Manufacturing electrical cabinets faces automation challenges due to high product customization, leading to predominant manual assembly. To address weak process knowledge management, this study proposes a knowledge graph framework for assembly process representation. The model constructs a pattern layer through process analysis, extracts assembly knowledge using natural language processing techniques, and visualizes structured data in Neo4j. Results demonstrate the framework's effectiveness in optimizing electrical cabinet production through systematic knowledge organization.
