Proposing a Multilingual Support System for Elderly Using NBC Technology

Applying artificial intelligence (AI) to a technology product is a trend. Natural language processing and artificial intelligence are increasingly popular today. However, the users are mainly oriented towards the future as the younger generations. That's why technology has forgotten the previous generation. This paper focuses on language processing methods and establishes a database to build a website system to support the elderly using Naive Bayes classification (NBC) that belongs to a supervised machine learning algorithm. As a result, we have converted text into audio and built a language recognition dataset with an accuracy of 97%. The system has recognized 20 different languages with a fairly large dataset that includes 80% and 20% for training and testing, respectively.
