New Model for a MPS System Variant Optimizing Energy and Variable
The study focuses on simulating and modeling an automated production system at the University of Tlemcen in the MELT laboratory that is based on the MPS variant. The goal is to optimize the energy and time efficiency of distribution and separation stations. After defining the specifications for each station, our program was modeled using STEP7 software, with PLCSIM and EASYPORT being utilized for the simulation. Once the program had been verified, the PLC was implemented, dependable results were obtained for analysis and discussion.
