Design of Mobile Detection System for Vibration Parameters of Mechanical Equipment

This paper designs a mobile detection system for vibration parameters of mechanical equipment based on the ESP8266 WiFi module. The system configures the ESP8266 in AP (Access Point) mode to achieve wireless transmission of vibration data collected by sensors, and utilizes a mobile app developed with E4A (Easy for Android) software to display vibration data and equipment status in real time. The system design includes the configuration of the WiFi module in AP mode, the UI design and program development of the APP, as well as the testing and verification of the system. The test results show that the system can stably receive vibration data, update equipment status in real time, and provide users with an intuitive monitoring interface. It has high practicality and convenience, can effectively reduce the maintenance cost of mechanical equipment, and improve the reliability of equipment operation.
