Research on Measurement and Control Strategy for Limited Radar Networking Under Emergency Conditions

In emergency situations such as sudden aerial targets, it is necessary to quickly organize radar systems to track these targets for emergency management and response. Addressing the conflict between the need for emergency target tracking and the limited radar resources available, this paper proposes a tracking strategy for limited radar networking under emergency conditions. It establishes a radar tracking visibility model and an availability model, and introduces two strategies: early tracking and prolonged tracking. The paper also designs a radar networking tracking process. Through simulation experiments based on emergency flight scenarios, it analyzes the differences between the two networking strategies and verifies the effectiveness of the proposed limited radar networking tracking strategy. This strategy has significant application prospects in fields such as long-distance early warning detection and air traffic management.
