Research on Work Order Warning and Intelligent Reminder System Based on Data Analysis

The rapid development of the energy industry has led to a significant increase in the number of work orders due to business expansion. Traditional management models face many challenges in handling these work orders, such as delayed approval, difficulty in monitoring, and low efficiency in dealing with customer-sensitive issues. This paper proposes a work order alert and intelligent reminder system based on data analysis to improve work order processing timeliness and customer service efficiency through data collection, analysis, and reminders. The system integrates a central data management platform, automated outbound calling technology, and precise reminder mechanisms. It monitors the status of work orders in real time, automatically identifies orders that are approaching deadlines and sends intelligent reminders to relevant personnel, reducing customer complaints caused by human negligence or delays. In addition, the system automatically triggers outbound calls for sensitive enquiries to ensure that the appropriate person follows up promptly. Experimental tests validate the system's effectiveness in improving work efficiency, response time and customer satisfaction.
