Research on the Application of Digital Watermarking in Content Models Generated by Artificial Intelligence
Artificial intelligence (AI) is changing the world, and deep pre trained large models represented by ChatGPT have demonstrated exceptionally powerful content generation capabilities, with many literary creations using large models for generation. The generation of content by artificial intelligence also brings some security risks such as authenticity, source, and copyright. In the era of AIGC, digital watermarking is an important technical means for data tracking and content verification, with a large demand for the rights of original content authors, identification and verification of generated content, and tracking of content dissemination. This article applies digital watermarking algorithms to open source large-scale models, allowing content creators to generate exclusive watermarks when creating content, achieving intellectual property tracking and verification of generated text. The impact of watermarks on text quality can be negligible and can be detected using effective open-source algorithms. This article elaborates on the selection principles and application methods of watermarking algorithms, their implementation effects, and the problems encountered, and provides prospects for future research directions.
