Multi-QoS Objective-Driven Dynamic Beam-Carrier Resource Allocation Algorithm for Beam Hopping Satellite Systems

To address the mismatch between resources and demands caused by uneven traffic distribution, terminal capability heterogeneity, and multi-QoS requirement conflicts in beam hopping satellite systems, a multi-QoS objective-driven dynamic beam-carrier resource allocation algorithm is proposed in this paper. First, targeting the multi-dimensional resource coordination problem in scheduling, a composite priority scheduling model is constructed by integrating system delay, reliability, fairness requirements, and traffic demands, enabling efficient beam resource allocation. Additionally, an adaptive carrier segmentation-based multi-rate allocation mechanism is designed. By dynamically adjusting carrier waveforms and rates in dual dimensions based on channel states and terminal transmission capabilities, the time-frequency resource allocation among service-terminal-channel is achieved, which effectively mitigates the contradiction between transmission performance and fairness in conventional fixed carrier rate allocation. Simulation results demonstrate that the proposed algorithm suppresses resource fragmentation, guarantees differentiated QoS requirements for terminals and services, and achieves joint optimization of spectral efficiency and terminal coverage capability.
