Research on Innovative Collaborative Mechanism of Logistics and Payment in Cross-Border E-Commerce between China and Russia

This paper takes China-Russia cross-border e-commerce as a typical case to deeply discuss the innovation of the synergy mechanism between the two core links of logistics and payment in cross-border e-commerce. Through literature analysis and case studies, this paper reveals the current characteristics and multiple challenges faced by collaborative mechanisms, and proposes systematic optimization solutions from three dimensions: logistics mode optimization, payment system upgrade, and regulatory mechanism innovation. Research has found that cross-border e-commerce between China and Russia has initially formed a government-guided and enterprise-coordinated cross-border service network, but still faces key issues such as logistics efficiency bottlenecks, payment risk control, and insufficient policy coordination. By building an innovative path of “smart logistics + digital payment” dual wheel drive system and creating a multi-party collaborative governance framework, it can provide practical reference for the high-quality development of cross-border e-commerce in China, Russia, and even globally.
