Exploration of S-shaped nozzle design based on advanced structural functional integration
<?A3B2 tlb=1.28h?>Focusing on the S-shaped nozzle component of the propulsion system for future bomber and large unmanned combat aircraft, with the goal of improving component efficiency, investigations were carried out on the rib topology optimization constrained by additive manufacturing processes, as well as structural characteristics of light weight multifunctional nozzle integration. The results show that based on the coupling conditions of force and heat, the topology optimization design of S-shaped nozzle reinforcement ribs has been carried out, and the reinforcement ribs present a “tree-like” distribution, which is in line with mechanical biomimetics-efficient dispersion and load bearing through tree branching. Based on the integrated design of advanced cooling functions such as honeycomb and lattice structures, it can effectively improve the strength and rigidity of the cartridge receiver, reduce the weight thus realize optimization design with high temperature gradient resistance, lightweight, high rigidity, and stealth functions. Honeycomb structures exhibit excellent characteristics in enhancing structural strength and rigidity, while lattice structures are more prominent in deformation and weight reduction. <?Pub Caret 876?>
