SERVIÇO DE FISIOTERAPIA RESPIRATÓRIA PARA CRIANÇAS TRAQUEOSTOMIZADAS: UMA REVISÃO INTEGRATIVA DE LITERATURA.

ABSTRACT Objective: To identify in the literature the physiotherapy services aimed at the care of tracheostomized children. Methods: Integrative literature review on the topic, analyzing articles published between 2019 and 2025. The identification and selection of articles were carried out through a survey of studies indexed in databases available in the Virtual Health Library (VHL): LILACS, MEDLINE, SciELO, and PubMed. Results and Discussion: The integrative review included 11 studies from different databases (VHL, LILACS, MEDLINE, SciELO, and PubMed), addressing respiratory physiotherapy in children with mechanical ventilation, tracheostomy, and neurological and pulmonary diseases. The results highlight an increasing concern with the standardization, effectiveness, and safety of interventions, especially in critical and chronic care contexts. Conclusion: The studies reinforce the importance of pediatric respiratory physiotherapy as an essential part of healthcare and point to the need for standardizing practices and improving professional training. Keywords: Pediatrics, Physiotherapy, Tracheostomy.
