STUDIES OF THE X-MAS TREE EQUIPMENT STABLE CONDITIONS BY ENSURING THE WEAR RESISTANCE OF VALVES AND FITTINGS OF THE ASSEMBLY
The article is dedicated to the analysis of durability of well Christmas tree equipment in terms of augmenting the wear resistance of the assembly units such as valves and fittings with the inclusion of operation and construction processes of the Christmas tree equipment. Investigation of the efficiency of the aforementioned assembly as well as its units starts with providing information on the equipment, its units and under which conditions they operate and therefore it can be found at what extent they should be strong, functional providing hermetic pressure and reliable operation. The principles of the components of Christmas tree and the requirements set for them are explained. Afterwards, the operability of the Christmas tree with regards of impacts on the valves and throttles of the assembly was reviewed, both technical and operational demands imposed on them were investigated, in addition to justifying their constructive parameters. The study successfully identifies the key factors affecting the durability and efficiency of Christmas tree Provides data-driven results on optimal material choices, design changes, and operational guidelines that significantly improve system performance. The operating capacity of the fittings in accordance with miscellaneous criteria is ascertained; this work is also performed for the throttles. Here are also reports on the strength of individual details of the units. Other malfunctions and complications witnessed whilst the fittings operate are explained as well, the causes of their occurrence are indicated, and specific proposals for their elimination were recommended; rules for observing safety techniques during the operation and repair of fittings are also given. The study provides new insights into the fluid dynamics and structural integrity of oil well fittings. It breaks new ground by combining advanced material analysis with fluid mechanics, offering a unique perspective on operational problems and solutions in the field. Although the study provides comprehensive insights, it is limited by the scope of materials tested and the specific environmental conditions considered. Further studies could expand these parameters to generalize the findings to a wider range of applications. The study also provides new insights into the fluid dynamics and structural integrity of oil well fittings. It breaks new ground by combining advanced material analysis with fluid mechanics, offering a unique perspective on operational problems. The originality of the research lies in its holistic approach combining materials science, fluid dynamics and practical applications. A multidisciplinary perspective offers a new and comprehensive understanding of problems and solutions in oil well system design and operation.
