AUTOMATED CONTROL SYSTEM FOR DETECTING HEAVY METALS IN FISH PRODUCTS

The presented article discusses heavy metal contamination in the oceans which seriously affects the environment and human health. The main problem has been identified in the literature review, and an automatic control system has been proposed to address this issue. Through this system, the analysis and verification process of heavy metals in the obtained solution (in suspension form) has been carried out. A final decision has been made based on the detected amount of heavy metals. If contamination levels are higher than allowed, the procedure stops so that more action can be taken. It is feasible to identify heavy metals early on, enhance process quality and safety, minimize time and financial losses, and even completely eradicate them with the aid of this control plan. Keywords: heavy metals, technological processing system, fish products, decision making, recycling.
