Teacher performance is the result of work that can be displayed or the work achievement of a teacher, which can be measured from the results of work, assignment results, or results of activities within a certain period of time. The method used is the census method which includes all members of the population with a sample size of 75 teachers. The data analysis method in this study uses Structural Equation Modeling- Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS). The results of this study indicate that job satisfaction has a significant effect on teacher performance. This shows that the higher the job satisfaction, the higher the teacher's performance. Job satisfaction can be improved by increasing teacher salaries and careers, as well as improving teacher performance. Workload has a negative and insignificant effect on performance. The amount of workload at the Private Junior High School does not affect teacher performance. burnout has a negative effect on teacher performance. This shows that the lower the burnout, the higher the teacher's performance. Job Satisfaction, Workload and burnout simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on performance.
