Within the scope of this research, an analysis of current scientific works was conducted to identify common features and key strategies underlying successful agile organizational change management. It is substantiated that ensuring effective transformations in the modern dynamic environment requires a deep integration of fundamental flexibility principles, among which adaptive planning, an iterative approach to implementing initiatives, and the establishment of a continuous feedback system hold a special place. The research confirms that the presence of a clear, strategically sound vision for planned changes, aligned with the overall goals of the organization, is a critically important success factor. It has also been established that fundamental elements contributing to positive results include the formation of empowered, self-organizing teams and the cultivation of a collaborative culture based on principles of trust and open communication. The decisive importance of active, conscious participation and unwavering commitment from leadership throughout the entire change process is particularly emphasized. Furthermore, the urgent necessity of proactive management of inevitable resistance to change and the purposeful formation of a culture of continuous learning and adaptation to new conditions within the organization is highlighted. It is important to note that, despite the priority given to the human factor and effective interaction, appropriate tools and techniques, particularly adaptive management principles, can significantly support and optimize the process of organizational transformation.
