Chronic pulmonary histoplasmosis masquerading as tuberculoma: A case report and literature review
Due to the low sensitivity of culture, several tests might be necessary to confirm the diagnosis of chronic pulmonary histoplasmosis. Since histoplasmosis symptoms frequently resemble those of pulmonary infections like tuberculosis.
