THE ESSENCE AND SPECIFICS OF IMPLEMENTING SCALING PROCESSES IN THE ORGANIZATIONAL DEVELOPMENT OF AN ENTERPRISE

The relevance of a deep analysis of the essence of organizational scaling is substantiated in the conditions of the modern dynamic globalized environment and increasing competition, which requires enterprises to adapt quickly and develop effectively. The necessity of a comprehensive approach to understanding scaling is determined, an approach that goes beyond simple quantitative growth and considers the qualitative transformational aspects of business functioning. Based on a thorough analysis of scientific works, key financial-economic, organizational-structural, procedural, and strategic focuses in defining and researching scaling are established. It is proven that the distinction between the concepts of "scaling" and "growth" is critically important for correct strategic planning; scaling is characterized precisely by the non-linear growth of results and the generation of positive returns to scale, ensuring a qualitative leap. An improved definition of business scaling is formulated as a complex process of qualitative transformation of the business itself and its business model, purposefully aimed at achieving non-linear growth of key performance indicators with increasing returns from engaged resources. Such a promising modern way of implementing scaling strategies as "scaling through a digital replicable offering," which allows for effective coverage of new markets, is considered and highlighted. This approach involves creating products or services that are easily reproducible and distributed through digital platforms. Such a path ensures not only a rapid expansion of the client base but also the optimization of costs for servicing each new client. It is summarized that successful scaling requires not only financial investments but also significant changes in management, organizational structure, and corporate culture. The proposed conceptual provisions form a theoretical basis for further research into the specifics of organizational change management accompanying scaling processes. Keywords: scaling, organizational scaling, business growth, business model, scalability, scaling strategy, change management, digital transformation.
