ANALYSIS OF AGRICULTURAL YIELDS IN KAZAKHSTAN USING UNMANNED AERIAL VEHICLES AND AI

The work is devoted to the study of methods for recognizing and analyzing agricultural yields in Kazakhstan based on data obtained from unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) commonly known as a “drone (quadcopter)” using artificial intelligence (AI). With the rapid development of technologies and the growing demand for effective management of agricultural resources, the use of UAVs and AI opens up new horizons in the field of observation and monitoring of crop condition analysis. Within the framework of the study the modern technologies for monitoring agricultural land using UAVs are considered, which allow collecting high-quality images and other data with high accuracy and frequency. The study is intended to develop and implement a system capable to automatically collecting, processing and interpreting data on the state of agricultural land. UAVs are equipped with advanced sensors and cameras, data transmission systems that allow you to obtain detailed images of agricultural fields. These images are processed using machine learning techniques and neural networks to identify key factors affecting crop yields. The main focus is on the development and application of machine learning and deep learning algorithms to analyze this data in order to automatically recognize various crops, assess their condition and yield forecasting. The work includes an analysis of the effectiveness of various approaches to processing big data obtained from UAVs, as well as the development of models capable of taking into account climatic and agrotechnical factors affecting yields. Special attention is paid to the integration of data from various sources and their use to improve the efficiency and accuracy of forecasts and optimize agricultural production. As a result of the study, it is expected to develop an integrated system capable of significantly improving the efficiency of agricultural resource management and the resilience of the agricultural sector of Kazakhstan to changes in external conditions. Application of the developed integrated system in Kazakhstan has the potential to increase significantly yields and incomes, which affects the development of sustainable agriculture in the region.
