Accuracy of 3D Transesophageal Echocardiography in the Quantitative Evaluation of Aortic Regurgitation.

3D-TEE slightly overestimated regurgitant flow but, after correction, showed strong agreement with MRI in AR severity grading. This suggests 3D-TEE is a valuable tool for quantitative AR assessment, with adjustments enhancing accuracy.
