Urban Planning Aspects in the Creation Process of Temporary Emergency Housing

The paper is part of the work on a scientific project on the topic: A System of Prefabricated Modules for Temporary Accommodation in Disasters and Crises – Working Project. The classifications of the different types of temporary accommodation intended for post-disaster and emergency housing, defined by the authors in previous research on the subject, are further developed and elaborated. A final systematization according to various criteria is presented. The possibilities for their development in an urban planning aspect have been examined, depending on the factors – natural or anthropogenic – that have imposed the need for this type of accommodation, as the focus is on planning, design and construction of micro-modular units or residential structures.
