THE PROBLEM OF GENERAL EDUCATION MANAGEMENT IN THE CONTEXT OF TEACHERS AGE DYNAMICS

The research in the field of general education management presents the issues of teachers' age dynamics. The study reveals the characteristics of the age and gender inclusion of teachers in the general education sector and proves the scientific hypothesis that the age mobility of teachers occurs according to certain age groups, the monitoring of which makes it possible to improve the management targets and objectives of the general education sector. In particular, as a result of the application of correlation and comparison methods, a trend of a decrease in the number of teachers under 29 years of age and 40-59 years of age in general education schools was revealed, and some factors underlying these dynamics were discussed. A strong positive correlation between the number of female teachers and the total number of teaching staff was presented (Pearson r-0.998). Based on the results obtained, scientific and practical recommendations were developed and presented to improve the management of the general education sector, based on the indicators of age and gender enrollment of teachers.
