Data Accuracy Prediction Using Machine Learning Algorithms for a Calorie Tracker Device in Silambam Martial Arts

This research tries a novel calorie tracking device for the silambam stick. To get the data, we have added gyroscope sensor to the stick. Stick rotations are recorded by the sensor which gave us an extensive dataset for the analysis. This raw data and converted into calorie estimation using python programming. we have gathered data from more than 50 silambam practitioners, who performed range of stick movements for the evaluation procedure. Results showed that the device can measure caloric value, with further development, this gadget can enhance performance, reach fitness goals, increase training plans within the sphere of Silambam training.
