Research on a Monitoring and Following System Based on PTZ in Power Distribution Room
Aiming at the intelligent requirements of equipment anomaly detection and personnel behavior monitoring in unattended power distribution room, this paper proposes a dynamic priority scheduling monitoring strategy based on dual PTZ cameras. A multi-target collaborative tracking model is constructed by integrating access control, infrared human detection and equipment status data, and a dynamic priority scheduling algorithm is designed to solve the resource competition of multiple concurrent events. Adaptive PID control is introduced to optimize the rotation accuracy of the PTZ, and particle swarm optimization (PSO) is combined to adjust the parameters to improve the response speed and tracking stability of the system. The experiment shows that the system response time is less than 0.5 seconds, the target tracking accuracy is $95.1 \%$, and the equipment anomaly detection accuracy is increased by $23 \%$. Compared with the traditional scheme, the key event capture rate of this scheme is increased by $19 \%$ and the steady-state error is reduced to 0.3° when multiple events are concurrent, which verifies its effectiveness and robustness and provides technical reference for intelligent monitoring of power facilities.
