Evaluation Method and Empirical Study on Accessible Capacity of Distributed Power Source in Distribution Network
With the large-scale access of distributed photovoltaic (PV), the distribution network has transformed from a “passive network” to an “active network”, facing severe challenges in voltage stability, power quality, and operational scheduling. To quantitatively assess the accessible capacity of distribution networks for distributed power sources, this paper constructs a multi-dimensional comprehensive evaluation index system covering high quality, technical economy, and flexibility, and proposes an accessible capacity evaluation method based on normalization processing and combined empowerment method. This method determines subjective and objective weights through the Hierarchical Analysis and Entropy Weighting Method, and categorizes the accessible capacity into four levels of Green, Yellow, Orange, and Red, and verifies its effectiveness based on actual cases. This study provides a theoretical basis and practical tool for the planning and siting of distributed power source and capacity allocation.
